Responsibilities: • Support the Operations Coordinator with daily tasks and project coordination. • Assist in tracking and maintaining company processes, procedures, and documentation. • Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely follow-ups on action items. • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and generating operational reports. • Monitor workflows and suggest improvements for operational efficiency. • Support compliance efforts by maintaining proper documentation and records. • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Desired Traits and Qualifications: • An associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience. • Previous experience in operations or administrative role is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite and CRM platforms. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience with process improvement and workflow organization.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
